Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds will be subject to the following conditions.

Customized Products

Products made to order or customized are not eligible for return or refund, except when there is an error attributable to So Pure by Yeri or the product has been damaged during transport.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery, attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

Each case will be evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate solution, which may include product replacement, repair, or partial or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the manufacturing process begins. Once production has started, cancellations will not be possible.
