Shipping Policy

All our products are handcrafted and many of them are manufactured only after the order is confirmed.

Processing Time

Production time may vary depending on the type of product, the quantity ordered, and the level of customization.

For reference:

• Handmade soaps: generally between 1 and 2 business daysdepending on the availability of materials and ingredients.
• Handmade candles: the production time may be longer, especially for decorative candles or large custom orders.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business daysdepending on the destination and the transport company.

Order Tracking

When the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information, provided it is available from the carrier.

Delays

So Pure by Yeri will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided during the purchase process.
