Handcrafted Products

Each piece is made entirely by hand, so there may be slight variations in color, size, shape, finish or decoration compared to the photographs shown on our website.

These differences are inherent to the artisanal process and make each product unique. For this reason, these variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are made to order and customized according to customer specifications.

Once the design has been approved or the manufacturing process has begun, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order.
